eWay Corp is a global digital solution company, a unique powerhouse of creative & digital experts with a passion for clever things. The Marketing Manager’s primary duty is to oversee the entire marketing department to help coordinate Digital Marketing Strategies for WE, (Wagento & eWay Corp.) and our clients. This responsibility involves assessing and creating/updating Wagento’s marketing plan and marketing strategy and then planning, coordinating, and directing marketing efforts, while managing Partnership & Events acting as a liaison between Wagento and its channel partners you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and managing long-term relationships with current and prospective partners. Playing a vital role in revenue growth. The position is the primary representative of the company at in-person and virtual events and will require a professional energetic attitude. You will be an important contributor to the Strategic Business Development team and work closely with Sales and our valued partners to handle the channel pipeline and go-to-market activities that bring new clients to Wagento.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products for the organization.
  • Communicate and align recommendations for the Marketing Plan with the CEO and President.
  • Manage the Marketing team and oversee the daily workflow of the department.
  • Establish performance specifications, cost, price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates.
  • Coordinating marketing projects from beginning to end.
  • The measure defines, leads, and controls the performance of all marketing campaigns and assesses ROI (return on investment) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities, motivating the target audience to “take action.”
  • Conduct in-depth market research and research demand for our services and products.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities
  • Building brand awareness, including positioning.
  • Help communicate internally and externally our vision and mission.
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies to help generate revenue.
  • Identifies new market segments that will benefit from company products and identify company potential clients.
  • Ensuring all marketing assets are on-brand and aligned with the global business strategy.
  • Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
  • Directs and implements the organization’s advertising and promotional strategies.
  • Create and manage Project Budgets, Timelines, and Advertising Campaigns
  • Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
  • Attend Adobe (Magento and other partners) marketing conferences and events to gain knowledge.
  • Plan and execute webinars.
  • Approving and managing incoming and existing partners for both LATAM and North America.
  • Managing pipeline of deals and leads for Strategic and Technology Partners.
  • Communicate professionally with large brands such as Adobe, PayPal, BigCommerce, Shopify, etc.
  • Evaluate and implement partner collaborations and co-marketing initiatives that support lead generation and revenue goals.
  • Conduct a cost-benefit analysis to determine which events should be scheduled (ROI).
  • Represent Wagento at partner events and conferences to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Communicate professionally with large brands such as Adobe, PayPal, BigCommerce, Shopify, etc.
  • Interview, train, supervise, and manage staff in the department.
  • Provides leads for Strategic technology Partners to BDR’s.
  • Develop a pipeline of merchant prospects through your partner portfolio to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Utilizing marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Active Campaign and Crossbeam to manage partner leads and data.
  • Creating reliable financial reports and sending contracts to sponsors.
  • Adhere to event budgets to avoid project overruns.

  • Organize and execute global events.
  • Research venues, suppliers, and contractors, then negotiate prices and hire
  • Supervises & coordinates Service Records.
  • Updates to event websites as needed.
  • The Creation and Management of Content Calendar.
  • Assistance to Ops team with related projects internal and external.
  • Collaborate with Writers and our Creative Department to Produce Content.
  • Documentation Tracking. 
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with partners and sponsors.
  • Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning.
  • Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise.
  • A pipeline of merchant prospects through your partner portfolio to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.

Skills & Requirments

  • Experience managing a marketing team (required).
  • At least five years of experience in marketing and long-range planning are required.
  • Digital Marketing Project Coordination Experience (Required).
  • Experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager with proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies.
  • Experience with digital marketing forms like content marketing and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, and design software
  • Established portfolio of media and PR contacts.
  • Experience identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
  • Proven budget management abilities.
  • A degree in marketing or a related field is needed.
  • Native conversational English level for non-Anglo-American Speakers is required.
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
